Finding the Right Parts 

Please note that not all search options are available to all users – some are only available to users with trade accounts. When all options are available there are a large number of parts shown on the parts pages which are not available and will show POA. These are generally non-service items and the majority are no longer available. The parts are still shown in the catalogue system to enable these parts book pages to work correctly but they can’t be added to the basket. If a price is shown but is out of stock it will most likely be available but we cannot always guarantee the lead time. 

We aim to stock the majority of service parts so please don‘t hesitate to contact us with your enquiry and if we haven’t got it we will do our best to get it for you. 


1) Registration number search 


 We hold records for the majority of LDV registration numbers – simply enter your registration number in the main search box at the top of the page. 

CAUTION: The site may not show if your vehicle has ABS - Anti-lock Braking System, Air Conditioning, twin or single rear wheels(TRW or SRW), or if it is Right Hand(RHD) or Left Hand Drive(LHD). So it is important to double check any items before ordering.


2) Vehicle search 


When using the vehicle search you will see a list of typical ‘vehicle configurations’ and an ID column below which is created by MAM Software across the LDV model range. To find which one best matches your vehicle please tick the appropriate boxes in the list of Filters on the left of the page until only one ‘vehicle configuration’ is left to select. 

Now select the ‘vehicle configuration’ to filter the catalogue for parts that fit your vehicle. 

On occasions, the LDV parts mention a VIN or Chassis number range. These figures relate to the last six digits of your chassis/VIN No. Finally, on the parts description, we sometimes refer to the vehicle engine type, here is the key: 

  1. XUD9A - 1.9 Peugeot diesel, 200 series and Pilot up to 2001/2 
  2. DW8 - 1.9 Peugeot diesel, Pilot from 2001/2 till finish 
  3. EN55 - 2.5 Peugeot diesel non -turbo, 400 from 1992 - 1995, Convoy 1996 - 1997/8 
  4. ET70 - 2.5 Peugeot diesel turbo, 400 from 1992 - 1995, Convoy 1996 - 1997/8 
  5. FSD - 2.5 Ford Diesel non-turbo from 1998 to 2001 
  6. FSD Turbo - 2.5 Ford turbo from 1998 to 2001 
  7. Duratorq - 2.4 Ford turbo engine from 2001 to finish 
  8. Maxus Euro 3 from 2005 to end of 2006(56 reg) 
  9. Maxus Euro 4 from end of 2006(56 reg) to finish

3) Search by model 


This helps you to do a general search of parts that fit that model. 

CAUTION: Over the life of these different vehicles, most models would have changed their engines at least once, if not more. So, it is very important to read the Notes/description on each part.

4) Search by 'Keyword or Part Number...' 


 If you know the LDV part number you are looking for, you can just enter it into the box on the top right hand of front page. By doing this, it will show you every instance of this part. So, it may return 1 or possibly, 50 results for the same LDV part. If you're confident that the part is correct, you can add the first result to your basket. 

If you search by 'keyword', please remember that the search engine will seek out every version of that word. Searching for items like 'Motor' or 'sensor' will return 100s of results, you need to try to be specific. 


Placing your order 


Once you're happy with your choice of part, add the LDV item to your basket, then either keep shopping or go to the check out.


1) Reference 


If you want to add your own order reference please just add to the reference box and this will show any subsequent documentation 


2) Order types 


You can select from the dropdown either “VOR” or “Stock order”. For VOR we always do our best to ensure parts are despatched for delivery the next day (assuming they’re in stock). For stock orders we aim for 5 working days. Please note the order type may also affect your pricing with stock orders generally being a little cheaper 


3) Delivery type 


We currently only have the one delivery type so you can ignore this dropdown box it will read “Standard” 


4) Delivery address


You can choose whether to accept the default delivery address which will be the same as your billing address or you can enter a different address. If you do so you also have the option of saving the address for future use. Please remember to enter contact details and any notes relating to your order. To checkout, click on 'Next', which takes you to the payments page. Or to a confirmation page in the case of a trade account. 


5) Approvals/Shipping costs required


In some instances where an order contains a very fragile or overweight item and in some cases for orders for export or to the Highlands and Islands we may need to quote for the carriage charge. In this please just proceed and request the quotation and your basket will be saved. we will review this at the first opportunity and will update your basket with the charge. You will then be notified and you can then decide whether to place the order and proceed as normal. 


Payment Methods 


1) 'Pay by Card' 


All major cards are accepted, except American Express.

When filling out your details please remember, if your LDV parts are going to a different address than the billing address, you will need to fill out both sections, this is to prevent your card being declined.

When your card has been approved you will receive an emailed confirmation of your transaction. If this is not received, please contact us between 9.00am and 5.00pm Mon - Fri or email [email protected]
